FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (January 23, 2026) – NISA ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH RML ADVISORY GROUP AHEAD OF 2026 SEASON
The National Independent Soccer Association (NISA) today announces a new strategic partnership with RML Advisory Group, marking a significant step forward in the league’s operational evolution heading into 2026.
This partnership represents another step towards soccer-first leadership, building off the introductions of Chandler Hoffman as Commissioner and Matt Morse as League CEO. RML Advisory Group is led by Rob Lubin, a respected front office veteran with experience at FC Barcelona and AS Roma, and Harrison Krepack, whose background spans television, film, and sports production.
Together, RML brings a rare combination of elite soccer operations expertise and modern media, production, and communications discipline, an alignment designed to strengthen NISA’s foundation and day to day execution.
“This partnership with RML Advisory Group reflects the progress we’ve made and our commitment to continuing to grow with the right people and the right structure in place,” said Commissioner Chandler Hoffman. “We are confident that our collaboration with RML will continue to strengthen NISA’s position in U.S. soccer.”
RML Advisory Group will support NISA across league operations, strategic planning, communications, and club facing initiatives. The focus will be on implementing rigid, repeatable operational tactics, improving internal alignment, and establishing a clear cultural framework that supports clubs, players, and partners alike, with the top priority being obtaining professional sanctioning for the Fall 2026 season by the U.S. Soccer Federation.
“This is not about short term optics,” said Rob Lubin. “It’s about doing the daily work required to build trust, stability, and credibility with players, ownership, and the soccer community as a whole. NISA has an important role in the American soccer ecosystem, and our job is to help professionalize and strengthen how the league operates every single day.”
NISA’s long-term vision has been and will continue to be bringing professional soccer to towns and cities across the country while strengthening the connection between clubs and their local communities. By prioritizing local ownership, operational stability, and strong league support, NISA is committed to providing its member clubs with a more sustainable and scalable model that empowers teams to grow, compete, and advance future generations of U.S. soccer talent.
The National Independent Soccer Association (NISA) is a direct member of the United States soccer federation committed to expanding the game through an open, independent, and community-driven model. NISA provides a platform for clubs, players, and markets to grow sustainably while fostering innovation, accessibility, and authentic local engagement across the American soccer landscape.
